We are the main organisation representing the business community of Emilia-Romagna, founded in 1972.
Our members consist of the five Industrial Associations of Emilia-Romagna. Two professional associations also belong to our regional organisation: Confindustria Ceramica – the national association of the ceramics industry, based in Sassuolo (Modena) - and Ance Emilia-Romagna – the regional association of the construction industry.
Through these associations we represent around 6.300 companies, who take out voluntary membership, making a total of approximately 330,000 individuals. In fact, 95% of our associated companies have less than 50 employees.
Confindustria Emilia-Romagna and the associations belong to Confindustria and, thanks to the Confindustria network, they are also linked operatively to all the national sector and professional organizations.
